01 Can I buy tickets on the gate?

Hmm, we don't expect so. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot at Swansea Food Fest.

With a limited venue capacity, pre-purchased tickets guarantee your entry and ensure you won't miss out on the thrilling culinary and musical extravaganza. Once tickets are sold out, there will be no on-the-gate sales.

02 Are carers entitled to free entry?

Yes, we welcome carers accompanying individuals with disabilities or special needs. Carers will be granted free entry to the festival upon presenting valid identification or appropriate documentation at the entrance.

03 Is there disabled access available at the festival?

The Swansea Food Fest provides wheelchair access throughout the event venue. We also have dedicated disabled toilets conveniently located on-site. Additionally, we offer complimentary admission for carers accompanying individuals with disabilities.

04 Do people with VIP upgrades need to purchase admission tickets separately?

Yes, individuals with VIP upgrades are required to purchase admission tickets in addition to their VIP upgrade. The admission tickets grant access to the festival grounds, while the VIP upgrade provides enhanced privileges and exclusive experiences. Both the admission ticket and VIP upgrade are necessary for a complete VIP experience at Swansea Food Fest 2023.

05 What are the festival's opening hours?

Swansea Food Fest 2023 will be open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM each day. Please note that entry may close earlier to allow attendees to enjoy the festival until closing time.

06 Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the festival grounds. However, you'll find a wide array of food and drink options available from our fantastic vendors and exhibitors. Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with a diverse selection of gourmet delights.

08 When will I receive my tickets?

Your confirmation and tickets for your booking will be automatically sent immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If it is still not there, please contact us at [email protected] and will be sure to resend your booking confirmation.

Please bring a printed copy of the QR code ticket or have a digital version ready to show on arrival at the festival entrance.

10 Are dogs allowed at the festival?
